1. About us
This service is operated by the video games retailer based at Upper Hyde Farm Lane, Shanklin, Isle of Wight, PO37 7PS, United Kingdom. In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to that retailer. “You” means anyone using the site or purchasing or renting products through it.
2. Using the site
You may use the site to browse information about video games, gaming consoles and accessories offered for sale, and any games available to rent. You must use the site lawfully and must not interfere with its operation, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or use it in a way that could damage the service or affect other users.
Product listings and other information are provided for general guidance. We take reasonable care to keep them accurate, but images, descriptions and availability may change. A listing does not guarantee that an item is currently available or that a sale or rental has been agreed.
3. Orders and availability
Where the site allows you to place an order, submitting an order is an offer to purchase the selected items. A contract is formed when we accept the order, such as by confirming acceptance or dispatching the item. We may decline or cancel an order if an item is unavailable, a listing contains an error, or we reasonably suspect fraud or misuse. If payment has already been taken for an order we cancel, we will arrange a refund.
Prices, applicable charges, delivery or collection options, and payment details will be shown before you complete an order. Unless stated otherwise, prices are in pounds sterling. Any applicable taxes and charges will be presented as part of the order process.
4. New and pre-owned products
Pre-owned products may show signs of previous use. Their condition and any included components will be described in the relevant listing or made clear before purchase. Please check product descriptions carefully, particularly for compatibility, platform, edition and age-rating information.
Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights. Products must be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose as required by law. If a product is faulty or not as described, you may have rights to a repair, replacement, price reduction or refund under applicable consumer law.
5. Game rentals
Rental availability, rental periods, charges, deposits (if any), collection and return arrangements will be explained when a rental is offered. You agree to return rented items by the stated deadline and in the condition required, allowing for fair wear and tear. You may be responsible for loss, damage or late return charges where these have been clearly disclosed and are permitted by law.
Rental items remain our property. You must not sell, lend, copy, modify or otherwise dispose of a rented item, except as permitted by law and any instructions provided with the rental.
6. Cancellations and returns
Your cancellation and return rights depend on the type of product and how the contract was made. If you are a consumer buying online, you may generally have a statutory right to cancel within 14 days of receiving goods, subject to legal exceptions. Certain products, including sealed goods that are unsuitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed, may be excluded where the law permits.

7. Intellectual property

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or your statutory consumer rights. Subject to that, we are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the relevant contract was made, or for losses arising from business use where you are acting as a business customer.
You are responsible for ensuring that products are suitable for your intended use and compatible with your equipment, taking account of the information provided with the product and on the site.
10. Changes to these terms
We may revise these terms from time to time. The version published on the site applies to your use of the service from the time it is posted. The terms applying to an accepted order will not be changed to your disadvantage after the contract has been formed, except where required by law or agreed with you.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, you may also benefit from any mandatory protections provided by the law of the country in which you live, and you may bring proceedings in the courts available to you under applicable law.
